Dr. Anisa Kong has been an occupational therapist for more than 35 years, certified in hand therapy (CHT) since 1994 and certified in Neurodevelopmental treatment for adult hemiplegia since 1993. She has worked in a variety of healthcare settings to treat acute and chronic shoulder-hand problems. She is the founder of iKNOT approach to systematically tackle the shoulder-hand problems in a simple way. She has presented her introduction of iKNOT approach at the American Society of Hand Therapist to prevent acute pain turning into chronic shoulder-hand pain.
