iKNOT school was created by Dr Anisa Kong to offer online education and courses of instruction in non-pharmaceutical intervention for Complex Regional Pain Syndrome Shoulder-hand Syndrome.

Dr. Anisa Kong

Founder & Instructor

Anisa Kong

Dr. Anisa Kong has been an occupational therapist for more than 30 years, certified in hand therapy (CHT) since 1994 and certified in Neurodevelopmental treatment for adult hemiplegia since 1993. She has worked in a variety of healthcare settings to treat acute and chronic shoulder-hand problems. She is the founder of iKNOT approach to systematically tackle the shoulder-hand problems in a simple way. She has presented her introduction of iKNOT approach at the American Society of Hand Therapist to prevent acute pain turning into chronic shoulder-hand pain.
Dr. Kong is the owner of Advanced Rehabilitation, LLC & is not affiliated with any company to promote services or products.
