FAQ 1 Refund Policy 


Online course or Webinar
Enrolling in an Online course or webinar allows you full access to the course content within the time offered in the package you purchased.  You have to finish the course within the designated time period.  Extension maybe given upon request. We strive to be excellent.  If there is any dissatisfaction, refund will be provided within 30 days from the date of purchase as long as no more than 1 video &/or no ebook/handouts have been watched &/or downloaded. If the course is cancelled before it expired, refund will be provided.

This distance learning- independent study is offeredd at 14 contact hours or 1.4 CEUs, intermediate level, OT service delivery & professional issue .  The assignment of AOTA CEUs does not imply endorsement of specific course content, products, or clinical procedures by AOTA.

FAQ 3 Certificate of Attendance or Completion 

A certificate of attendance for contact hours of educational activity (e.g., 14 contact hours, 14 CEUs or 1.4 CEUs depending how your Practice Act determines CEUs in your state) will be awarded to registrants upon satisfactory completion of a course according to the course requirement.

You are responsible to make sure that the course you wish to take is approved by your state CEU authority as changes can happen anytime. If you have questions or the course you wish to take is not approved in your state, please feel free to contact us at crpspain101@gmail.com to discuss your options. Most of the time, you just need to submit the information to your state board including information such as name of the course, organization, objectives and the process of obtaining a certificate of completion.
